<p>Keller Williams Realty’s brokerages have, once again, dominated the newly released <em>REAL Trends 500</em>, an annual industry ranking published by REAL <em>Trends, </em>Inc., a leading<img class="alignright size-full wp-image-569" title="real-trends-logo-transparent-square" src="http://www.kellerwilliamsnorthidaho.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/real-trends-logo-transparent-square.png" alt="" width="300" height="300" /> source of analysis and information on the residential brokerage and housing industry.</p>

<div>On the REAL Trends 500 report, Keller Williams brokerages represented 23 percent (116 offices) of the top 500 brokerages ranked by closed transactions and 24 percent (119 offices) of the top 500 brokerages ranked by closed volume. The number of KW brokers ranked on the list far surpassed all other major franchise players.</div>
<div>Mark Willis, CEO of Keller Williams Realty, Inc., stated: “These results are proof that our people and their businesses are thriving. We’ve provided a strong platform and economic model that supports their productivity and profitability and they are winning in their local markets. <div>In addition to the overall rankings, Keller Williams offices made up more than 50 percent of the following lists: Top Firms Ranked by Closed Transactions per Office (more than 165 percent more transactions per office than its closest competitors), Top Firms Ranked by Closed Sales Volume per Office, Top Movers with Largest Percentage Increase in Volume, Top Movers with Largest Percentage Increase in Number of Transactions.</div>
<div>The rankings reflect a year of strong growth and forward momentum for the company in several key areas. Keller Williams Realty’s per agent productivity (in units closed) increased year over year, by 19 percent. The average gross commissions earned per agent also increased by more than 16 percent. And the company gave back more than $38 million to its associates in profit share in 2011, an 11 percent increase over the previous year.</div>
<div>Willis stated: “Our goal is to always be moving forward in every single key metric and we are &#8212; in agent count, agent productivity, office profitability and profit share. Just last month, our company grew by almost 1,000 associates. We’re not sure that any other company can say that in today’s market. First you need to sign up and register for the Idaho Pre-License Classes. You have a few options in regards to real estate schools in the Coeur d&#8217;Alene, ID area. These are outlined below along with a complete list of the State of Idaho Pre-Licensing Requirements.</p>
<p>IDAHO PRE-LICENSING REQUIREMENTS</p>
<p>1. Must be at least 18 years of age.</p>
<p>2. Fingerprints and Background check.</p>
<p>3. High School Graduate, High School equivalency certificate, or GED.</p>
<p>4. Two 45-hour Idaho Salesperson Modules.</p>

<p>i work from a simple concept:</p>
<p>1.   i start with the end in mind:  i envision my life at the end of it and ask myself what i want to have done.  i then mock up a simple 5 year look (in</p>
<p>kind of a grid form with the years to the left and along the top the categories – like health, giving, john, mary, mom, business, writing,etc…) at what i should be doing to be on track and then i look at the first year.</p>
<p>that creates my goals for the year.</p>
<p>2.   i then take each goal and ask one question:  what is the one thing i can do that by doing it everything else that could also be done to accomplish this would either be easier or unnecessary?</p>
<p>3.   last, i go to my calendar with that answer for each goal and i time block out the year to make sure those things get done.  first, i time block all my time off – vacations, days off, short days, etc.,  so that i make sure they don’t get left out.  if i intend to work hard then i’ll need this time to renew.  next is, my meetings with the people who report to me. next, i make sure i have my time to plan out every week. (i’ve done this so long on a sunday night that i don’t even block it anymore), usually an hour a week on a sunday.  then it’s all about work.  so, for example, if lead generation is your number one business action then you time block it for 5-6 days a week for 3 -4 hours a day before noon.   for me it’s writing so my goal is to just make sure that gets done – then i’m open to the possibilities of everything else.</p>
<p>my motto is “until my number one priority on my list is done each day all else</p>
<p>is a distraction”!  ALL ELSE!  as such, i guard my time when i’m on a priority task fiercely and without apologies.  it’s my life and i answer to no one as to my time. doesn’t always make me highly visible or highly social, but that isn’t the goal when i’m doing what i want my life to be about.</p>

<p>To agents who have experienced Keller Williams Realty it came as no surprise that Keller Williams Realty dominated <a href="http://realtormag.realtor.org/news-and-commentary/franchise-report/article/2011/07/2011-franchise-report-whats-in-name" target="_blank">REALTOR Magazine&#8217;s 2011 Franchise Report</a>!  The report outlined the fact that 54% of REALTOR members were affiliated with a national or<a href="http://www.kellerwilliamstruthorfiction.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/07-27-2011-3.jpg"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-360" title="07-27-2011 (3)" src="http://www.kellerwilliamstruthorfiction.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/07-27-2011-3-229x300.jpg" alt="" width="229" height="300" /></a> regional franchise.  Due to difficult market conditions most franchise companies have or are currently experiencing severe contraction.  RE/MAX Real Estate has seen a net loss of 700 offices over the course of the last two years &amp; CENTURY21 Real Estate has lost 901 offices over the same time period.  While this severe contraction is common place REALTOR Magazine notes &#8220;one notable exception is Keller Williams, which has continued to see a net growth in agents and numbers of offices.&#8221;</p>
<p>In fact, this comes on the heels of recognition from <a href="http://www.realtrends.com/" target="_blank">REAL Trends, Inc.</a>, a leading source of analysis and information on the residential brokerage and housing industry.  In their annual REAL Trends 500 report, an industry ranking report, Keller Williams Realty was shown to represent 24% or 119 of the top 500 offices ranked by closed transactions and 28% or 138 of the top 500 offices ranked by closed volume.  The number of Keller Williams Realty offices ranked on the list surpassed all other major franchise players &#8211; with twice the number of brokers represented (by closed transactions) and almost three times the number of brokers represented (by closed volume) compared to Coldwell Banker, currently the largest real estate company in the U.S. by agent count.</p>
